Without any delay, the company shall eradicate the information after fulfilling the intended purpose of collection and usage

Without any delay, the company shall eradicate the information after fulfilling the intended purpose of collection and usage according to the eradication procedure and method below.
According to eradication procedure, information given from uses shall be transferred to DB after completing its purpose (in case of paper, it will be transferred to document box). And the transferred data shall be eradicated after certain period (refer to retaining and period of usage) according to internal policy and relevant law for individual information protection. Individual information transferred to separate DB shall not be used for other purposes rather than originally intended purpose (except for cases stipulated by relevant law)
